In 1994, Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
From 1996 to 2003, he was the Production & Logistics Manager for two Milwaukee based manufacturers.
From 2002 to 2005, Jim was a REALTOR® with Bear Realty of Kenosha and is currently the President of Action Logistics, a courier company, in Waterford, WI.

Carter Tiderman

Carter was born and raised in Caledonia, WI. Currently, Carter is a junior at UW-Whitewater (Dean’s list) with an emphasis in Cybersecurity, Accounting and Business Development. For the past 3 years he has held managerial positions with two southeastern Wisconsin based companies and in 2024 obtained his real estate salesperson license.
