In 1994, Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
From 1996 to 2003, he was the Production & Logistics Manager for two Milwaukee based manufacturers.
From 2002 to 2005, Jim was a REALTOR® with Bear Realty of Kenosha and is currently the President of Action Logistics, a courier company, in New Berlin, WI.
In 2006, Jim created Tiderman Realty with the following objectives: for each client or customer to feel comfortable with the entire process, fully educated on the market conditions, and prepared to close the transaction with confidence.

I was born and raised in Racine county. Currently, I am a sophomore at UW-Whitewater (both years on the Dean’s list) with an emphasis in Cybersecurity and Business Development. For a few years, I was a manager at Kravings in Burlington and in 2024 I obtained my real estate salesperson license. I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!
